Celebrity Cruises has secured the rights to broadcast the Olympic Games live from London this summer. On Celebrity ships sailing in North America, the events initially airing live also will be re-broadcast during more convenient times of day. Celebrity Cruises released its 2013 Alaska and Europe itineraries. In Europe, the line will deploy six ships visiting 25 countries from seven departure ports visiting 88 destinations. Celebrity’s 2013 calls in Liverpool, England; Waterford, Ireland; Torshavn, Faroe Islands; Varna, Bulgaria; Sevastopol, Ukraine; and Kristiansand, Norway will be the company’s first. Celebrity Offers Up to $400 Onboard Credit in Two-Day Sale

Celebrity Cruises is offering up to $400 in onboard credit to those who book Europe or Caribbean cruises during a two-day Getaway Sale, Feb. 25 to 26. The credit is $50 for four- to five-night Caribbean cruises, $100 for six- to eight-night Caribbean cruises, and $200 for nine-night and longer cruises in the Caribbean and Europe.
